This little outfit is adorable! I ordered 6-12 months which fit my 6.5 month year old with lots of room to grow. For £12.99 the outfit seems like good value, however it's not something my daughter will be wearing despite how cute she looks. The reason for this is the quality of materials. The body suit had loose threds that I had to cut off before she chewed them. It's a thin material with plastic poppers and soft and streachy. The issue I have with the dress is the metal buckles (in my opinion) they are not appropriate for a 6 month old. She can reach the metal button, hook and the lengh adjusters on her shoulder with her mouth. The metal is thin, cheap and sharp and definitely not something I am comfortable with her mouthing or touching. Obviously it's a personal preference what you are comfortable with your child wearing, however unfortunately for me this is 2/3* for younger babies. As you can see though it does look very cute! Prehaps when she's older it would be better.

This little Christmas dress is absolutely gorgeous. I love all the little details, from the adjustable straps to the little button claps at the front. The colours are really nice and deep and definitely give a wintery look. I was a little bit weary of the sizes which the dress came in as 6-12 months is such a big age gap. My baby is a larger 6 month old, who is moving up into 9-12 month clothes. The dress initially looked really big on the straps and they kept slipping down her arms, after messing around with the length adjusters, I managed to get them to fit her perfectly and the outfit looked lovely. The vest is made from a really stretchy material too so this pulled over her effortlessly and fit really nicely too. The buttons on the front of the vest are not functional and are purely for appearance which I quite like as I hate fiddling with little buttons like this on my baby's clothes. Overall, I really like this outfit and I look forward to dressing her up in it more over this festive period.
